Breaking 9 To 5 > Michael Peres’ 10-Step Travelpreneur Guide

Welcome to my 10 step guide on becoming a successful Travelpreneur!

Before getting started I want to plant a flag where everyone can see it:

This 10 step guide is not a secret formula, shortcut or a magic potion for success. It’s hard work! It requires passion, persistence and dedication in all domains of your life. This guide will reboot how you function as a person, and being free to travel while making money is almost a perk to this change of state. So, if you’ve come here in hopes for a shortcut to the good life, you’re better off investing in Bitcoin.

This 10 step guide will break down a high-functioning lifestyle into straight-forward actionable steps.

Step 1: Staying Fit

A healthy lifestyle lies at the heart of everything we’d agree is important for success, and for this reason I’ve decided to make it the first of the 10 steps!

In this step you will devise and execute a plan to diet better, workout consistently, and sleep correctly! Not only will this step serve are a foundation for your success forward, but it will serve as the foundation for a cost-effective and organized lifestyle throughout your travels.

Step 2: Your Foundation

Before we even discuss travel, we need to discuss YOU. What value will offer that others will pay for? You need to find something you truly love and become uniquely good at it.

Any entity that offers some sort of value. It’s hard to think of any influential company that is no bettering our lives in some way.

In this step we adjust our mindset to think as a leader and plan for longer-term success. We’re setting up the foundation for the castle we plan to build. It’s important we get this foundation right.

Step 3: Setting Up Your Company

Starting a company is difficult, and I cannot stress how important it is to be patient, do your homework and make the right initial decisions. Getting anything wrong here can be hurtful and costly to fix down the road.

In this step, we transition from the theoretical groundwork to practical groundwork. We discuss everything from registering a company, preparing for taxes, setting up emails, building a website to setting up the entire virtual back office.

Step 4: Hiring and Firing

Hiring the right employee is a challenging process. Hiring the wrong employee is expensive, costly to your work environment, and time-consuming. Hiring the right employee, on the other hand, pays you back in employee productivity, a successful employment relationship, and a positive impact on your total work environment.

In this step we will breakdown the process of finding quality contractors and employees, dealing with sour apples, and effectively managing your employees.
